In a forward-looking initiative to enhance technological competencies in radio broadcasting, Jabatan Penyiaran Negeri Kelantan (RTM Kelantan) successfully completed a technical visit to RCS Malaysia and the JAAS Experience Center, hosted and organized by Medialab Alliance Sdn. Bhd.. The program, held on 28 July 2025, brought together key players in broadcast operations, systems integration, and media automation from both government and industry sectors.
At RCS Malaysia in Cyberjaya, participants had a firsthand look at the RCS Zetta Radio Automation System—a cutting-edge platform that redefines workflow efficiency, asset management, and multichannel playout for modern radio stations. From live scheduling to intuitive content control, the Zetta system impressed as a scalable solution adaptable to RTM’s evolving broadcast environment.
The visit continued at the JAAS Experience Center in Subang Jaya, where attendees were introduced to the Calrec Audio Type R Digital IP Mixer. This flexible and modular mixing console showcased advanced AoIP (Audio over IP) capabilities, with dynamic surface control and remote production features—essential components for future-proofing broadcast infrastructure.
RTM Kelantan expressed deep appreciation for the warm reception, technical insights, and collaborative spirit extended by RCS Malaysia and JAA Systems, whose contributions made the visit a valuable knowledge-sharing experience. The event aligns with RTM’s commitment to continuous improvement and digital transformation across its regional broadcast operations.
