Medialab Alliance Sdn. Bhd. has officially completed and handed over the upgraded State Broadcasting Facilities for RTM Kelantan FM, marking the end of a 20‑month modernization effort that began in July 2024. The ceremony, held at Jabatan Penyiaran Malaysia Kelantan, was attended by Tuan Hj Ismail Seman (Director of Multichannel RTM), Puan Roziyati Rosli (Director of Project Department), Mr. Ivan Toh (Director of RTM Kelantan) and Ts. Azhar Abdul Latiff (Director of Medialab Alliance Sdn. Bhd.).
The project involved a comprehensive upgrade of RTM Kelantan FM’s on‑air, production and operational facilities. Key spaces enhanced include Studio Wau (On‑Air Conty), Studio Gasing (Standby Conty), Studio Kertuk and Studio Serunai (Edit Suites), Rebana Hall (Multipurpose Studio), Anjung Seni (Open Hall), as well as the Ingest Room and Master Control Room.
The modernization introduces next‑generation broadcast technologies such as Calrec Type-R IP Radio Mixer with AES67 AoIP, RCS Zetta Automation, Orban Optimod Audio Processor, Prodys IP Codec, Axcel Radio Mixer, Myriad Audio Logger and Densitron Display Systems, enabling a fully integrated, future‑ready workflow.
