The program was the result of strong collaboration between the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), Universiti Kuala Lumpur British Malaysia Institute (UniKL BMI), the Telecommunication & Broadcasting Technology & Technical Working Group (TTWG), and Medialab Alliance Sdn. Bhd.
